Currently Andreano Shop offer a customer service in 3 languages via email.
If the item (Glove) that you have received doesn’t fit well or you have missed the size, Andreano Shop will provide for the glove substitution with the same model and color (same Int. code) but with the only difference of the size.
The substitution and packaging costs are borne by Andreano Shop, the delivery costs for the return are borne by the customer.
