Handmade leather gloves in Naples: this is how they are made.

When you order your Andreano gloves, you should know that your gloves do not exist yet: they are made to measure only when you decide to buy them.
Our artisans begin by stretching the leather of your chosen color on the table until it is perfectly flat. Using only scissors and a caliper, an expert cutter obtains the quadrants, thumbs, and gussets from the fabric that will eventually make up your gloves.

With the pattern made to measure for the size and shape of your hands, they draw the shapes which, only thanks to their skillful mastery and experience, can be cut and modeled, enhancing the characteristics of the leather. The seamstresses in our workshop will then machine or hand-sew them, depending on the model you have chosen: they will also guarantee, according to the ancient traditions of "apparecchiatura," that you receive a pair of perfectly shiny and ironed gloves at home.

In our workshop, there are artisans whose sole task is packaging. They do so by paying attention to every minute detail, with meticulous care and careful quality control of the product before the box is shipped to your home with the contents perfectly matching what you purchased.

These are many steps, made with dedication, love, and precision. For this reason, we ask you to be patient for at least 5 business days for the manufacturing process to be completed. For some types of gloves, more complex and entirely hand-sewn like Alain, Dino, Federico, Walter, Max, Antonio, and Sean, it takes up to 7 days. A wait that, we promise, will be amply rewarded by the beauty and preciousness of your Andreano handmade gloves.
