MODELING
During the initial phase, drawings and patterns to be cut are digitized, including any developments in sizes and colors. This operation allows for the creation of the corresponding technical data sheet ("the paper pattern") and material consumption.
THE STITCHING
The women of the Andreano crew are dedicated to sewing, both by hand and by machine, and as per tradition, they also handle other delicate operations, such as "apparecchiatura," which involves polishing and ironing.
PACKAGING
Each pair of gloves, after many hours of work, finally finds its home in packaging; this phase is only the last in the order of the production process, because of the care and attention with which they are arranged.
