Refund policy

The right of withdrawal is provided for in Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and allows the Consumer to return the purchased product within 30 days of delivery and obtain, by providing a valid reason regarding an error on our part, a refund of the costs incurred within 30 days of the day the Seller is informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

The only costs you will be charged, and for which you cannot be reimbursed, are those for shipping the product. The right of withdrawal is forfeited entirely if there were no errors on our part and the returned product is not intact, or if:

1. the original packaging is missing;

2. integral parts of the product are missing (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);

3. damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.

PROCEDURE

If, after purchasing, you wish to cancel your purchase due to an error on our part, you must follow this procedure: within 30 days of receiving the product, you must contact us and specify the error made during shipping and the product(s) for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If we have indeed made an error in shipping the package, perhaps resulting in the package not being the color and size ordered, we will refund your payment without undue delay within 30 days of your notification of cancellation, after verifying the integrity of the merchandise and retaining only the amount of the outward and return shipping costs.
